We want you to love every purchase from Bite, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original boxes, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
